Steven Herbst has dedicated himself to the pursuit of wellness. After noticing how yoga and meditiation were "cleaning up" his life, he deepened his practice with Synergy's Teacher Training intensive. Since then he has studied with a number of teachers, most recently completing David Swenson's Ashtanga Teacher Training. Determined to share the gift of yoga, Steven teaches as often as possible and has recently begun adding the martial arts training he receives from Master Rafael Negron and Master Cameron Shayne to some of his classes. The combination of the two arts allows Steven to bring strength, compassion and grace to all of his teachings. Steven is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (YogaAlliance.com).

Paul's yoga practice began with a few yoga classes on the beach and at the gym. Then in 2003 under the guidance of Paul Toulizious and Fred Busch he completed his first yoga teacher training. Since then he has studied with several modern yoga masters including Ravi Singh & Ana Brett, Michael Buck and in 2005 he completed David Swenson's Ashtanga Yoga teacher training. Paul is now focusing on Ayurvedic healing arts and is currently studying directly with Dr. David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri). Dr. Frawley and his American Vedic Institute have given Paul the honor of representing them as an Ayurvedic Health Educator and Yoga and Ayurveda Counselor. Paul would like to thank Paul & Fred for giving him a great foundation for his practice; Natalie Morales for always reminding him of the joy yoga brings; and especially Dr. David Frawley whose passion and knowledge of India, both ancient and modern, inspires us all.
